Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered in Budapest to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.
Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary included a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and a review of past achievements and news euros future activities.
During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
